Salary Transparency Report
The Transparency and Equal Pay Report for Women and Men, prepared by the Ministry of Labor (MTE) is the result of Law No. 14,611/23.
This report aims to allow an objective comparison between salaries, remuneration and the proportion of positions occupied in companies, in order to verify possible salary differences between men and women in the same position.
Please be advised that this report DOES NOT consider in its comparisons some remuneration criteria such as: time in the company, seniority of functions (Junior, Full and Senior), same technique or exercise of the same function and productivity.
