No Dia Mundial do Meio Ambiente, celebrado em 5 de junho, a Rometal refor\u00e7a sua responsabilidade com a sustentabilidade e o cuidado com os recursos naturais. A empresa desenvolve diversas iniciativas que impactam positivamente o meio ambiente e promovem uma cultura de preserva\u00e7\u00e3o e consci\u00eancia ecol\u00f3gica entre seus colaboradores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reciclagem e reaproveitamento de materiais<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Entre as principais a\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e1 o uso de um moinho de pl\u00e1stico de processo, equipamento que tritura o pl\u00e1stico excedente proveniente das injetoras, permitindo que esse material seja reaproveitado em novos moldes. Assim, a Rometal d\u00e1 uma nova vida aos res\u00edduos pl\u00e1sticos, reduzindo desperd\u00edcios e contribuindo para a economia circular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No caso do alum\u00ednio, a empresa possui uma central de coleta de sucatas e limalhas, onde o material \u00e9 prensado e enviado para uma empresa parceira. L\u00e1, o alum\u00ednio reciclado \u00e9 transformado em tarugos que retornam ao processo produtivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Redu\u00e7\u00e3o de res\u00edduos e incentivo \u00e0 coleta seletiva<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Outra medida significativa foi a elimina\u00e7\u00e3o da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de copos pl\u00e1sticos dentro da empresa. Essa a\u00e7\u00e3o resultou em uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o expressiva de aproximadamente 730 kg de lixo pl\u00e1stico ao ano, refletindo diretamente na diminui\u00e7\u00e3o do impacto ambiental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Rometal tamb\u00e9m realiza a separa\u00e7\u00e3o correta dos res\u00edduos, encaminhando pl\u00e1sticos e pap\u00e9is devidamente separados para recicladoras especializadas. Res\u00edduos contaminados (Classe 1), por sua vez, s\u00e3o destinados a empresas que realizam coprocessamento, garantindo o descarte seguro e dentro das normas ambientais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al\u00e9m do compromisso ambiental, a empresa promove a\u00e7\u00f5es com impacto social. A coleta de embalagens e tampinhas pl\u00e1sticas \u00e9 realizada continuamente, sendo o material doado para institui\u00e7\u00f5es beneficentes. A responsabilidade ambiental tamb\u00e9m passa pela conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o interna. A Rometal realiza treinamentos anuais com foco nos Plano de Gerenciamento dos Res\u00edduos S\u00f3lidos e De Emerg\u00eancia, incluindo simula\u00e7\u00f5es de acidentes com impacto ambiental. Outro ponto fundamental \u00e9 o acompanhamento das medi\u00e7\u00f5es atmosf\u00e9ricas, realizado anualmente em conformidade com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o vigente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tratamento respons\u00e1vel de materiais contaminados<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Comprometida com a preserva\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental e a redu\u00e7\u00e3o de res\u00edduos, a Rometal adota pr\u00e1ticas conscientes em diferentes etapas do seu processo produtivo. No setor de pintura, a empresa realiza a reciclagem interna de solvente por meio de uma destiladora pr\u00f3pria, que permite tratar o solvente \u201csujo\u201d e reaproveitar grande parte do material. Essa solu\u00e7\u00e3o minimiza o descarte e reduz a necessidade de envio a terceiros, refor\u00e7ando o compromisso com a sustentabilidade<\/a> e a efici\u00eancia operacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al\u00e9m disso, at\u00e9 mesmo os panos utilizados nos processos com \u00f3leo recebem tratamento adequado. Esses materiais s\u00e3o encaminhados para uma empresa especializada na lavagem de tecidos contaminados, que possui infraestrutura para o tratamento dos efluentes e a destina\u00e7\u00e3o correta dos res\u00edduos gerados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
